Reviving newspapers

The Richmond Spring Grove Rotary Club on March 1 presented the McHenry County Historical Society & Museum with a check for $2,000. The donation will help efray the cost of digitizing Richmond Gazettes from the original newsprint, 1876-1985. The finished, searchable product will be accessible through MCHS's website.
