It's beginning to look a lot like...
This year, in addition to reimagining our annual Holiday Open House, we've partnered with the folks at the  Marengo Union Holiday House Walk to allow you to visit the many vendor spots in Union and Marengo before or after your visit to the museum.

This year's theme, created by long-time dedicated volunteers Dave Harms and Lynne Eltrevoog, centers on the Big Guy himself and Christmas sleighs, sleds, wagons, and buggies, with the feature piece being a rare 1880s reindeer-shaped sleigh filled with vintage department store boxes. Visit us on 12/2 from 11 am - 3 pm to explore the history behind this sleigh and other locally crafted historic holiday decor.
Feel like a kid again as you gaze at the glowing 10-foot tree illuminated by vintage decorations and surrounded by old-time toys and gifts. Take in the array of Santas produced for advertising promotions and holiday decor reminiscent of cherished yuletide traditions. Be sure to capture the memory by stopping at the holiday-themed selfie station.

Admission is free to attend, but donations are always appreciated.

If you can't make it on 12/2, the display will be available for viewing Tuesday - Friday, 1 - 4 pm, and Saturdays, 11 am - 4 pm, beginning 12/5 through 12/22 and 12/26 through 12/30. The Museum is closed to visitors every Sunday and Monday.
